1. Publisher

2. The service

Recoword lets you record professional conversations, transcribe them, and automatically keep project sheets up to date (summaries, decisions, tasks, questions) using artificial intelligence.

3. Availability and limits

The service is provided "as is": it evolves continuously and may experience occasional interruptions. The analyses produced by the AI are indicative: check any important information before relying on it. Each account has a monthly recording quota shown in the settings.

4. Your responsibility when recording

You alone are responsible for the legality of your recordings. In most countries (including France and Luxembourg), you must inform the people you are speaking with that they are being recorded and comply with applicable law. Recoword is a personal note-taking tool, not a device for recording third parties without their knowledge.

5. Your account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and of your API token. Abusive use of the service (illegal content, intrusion attempts, deliberate overload) may lead to account suspension.

6. Your data

Your recordings, transcripts and sheets remain your property. The details of the processing are set out in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and all its data at any time, directly from the app settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

7. Termination

As the service has no commitment, you can stop using it or delete your account whenever you like. Velkora Consulting may suspend an account in case of breach of these terms, after notice to the account e-mail except in an emergency.

8. Plans and payment

Recoword offers a free plan and a paid subscription plan (monthly or yearly), whose price and quota are shown on the pricing page before any subscription. Payments are handled by Paddle, our official reseller. Details are in the refund policy: 14-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase, no-commitment cancellation.

9. Intellectual property

The application, the Recoword brand, its logo and its interface are the property of Velkora Consulting. Your content (audio, transcripts, sheets) remains yours; you grant Velkora Consulting only the technical right to host and process it in order to provide the service.

10. Liability

Within the limits allowed by applicable law, Velkora Consulting's liability for the service is limited to proven direct damages. The analyses produced by the AI constitute neither advice nor a commitment: check any important information.

11. Changes to the terms

These terms may change along with the service. In case of a substantial change, active accounts will be notified by e-mail at least 15 days before it takes effect; continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute will fall under the competent Luxembourg courts, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence.
