Data processed

• Account: e-mail address, password (encrypted), settings.
• Content: audio recordings, transcripts, notes, project sheets (summaries, decisions, tasks, questions).
• Usage: recording minutes consumed and the associated technical costs, for the operation of the quota.

Purposes

Only to provide the service: transcribe your recordings, recognise the project involved and keep your sheets up to date. No resale of data, no advertising, no profiling. Your content is not used to train AI models.

Technical sub-processors

• Supabase (database, authentication, storage): hosting on AWS, region eu-west-1 (Ireland, EU).
• Netlify: delivery of the application (CDN).
• OpenRouter / Google Gemini: transcription and analysis by AI: audio and text are sent to them for the time of processing, without retention for training purposes.
• Resend: sending account e-mails (confirmation, reset).

Retention periods

• Audio: 30 days on the free plan; according to your setting on the Solo plan (30 days, 90 days or unlimited), then automatic purge. Transcripts and sheets are kept.
• Sheets, transcripts, account: until you delete your account.

Security

Encryption in transit (HTTPS), strict isolation between accounts (access rules at the database level), audio stored in a private space not publicly accessible.

Your rights

Access, rectification, portability, erasure: account deletion is directly available in the app settings (Settings → "Delete my account") and immediately erases all your data: audio, transcripts, sheets, profile. Each recording can also be deleted individually from its page. For any other request: contact@velkora.lu. You can lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Luxembourg) or with the supervisory authority of your country.

Your interlocutors

When you record a conversation, you act as the controller of that content: inform the people you are speaking with and comply with applicable law (see the terms of use).
