Try before you buy

Recoword offers a permanent free plan (2 hours of recording per month, one active project followed): you can test the service in real conditions before any payment, with no credit card.

First purchase: 14-day money-back guarantee

If the Solo plan does not suit you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no justification needed. Write to contact@velkora.lu or reply to your Paddle receipt e-mail. This period also covers the right of withdrawal provided by European Union law for consumers.

Renewals

The subscription has no commitment: you can cancel at any time from the app (Settings, then Manage), effective at the end of the current period. If a renewal was charged when you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the charge: we will refund it.

Processing

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our official reseller. An approved refund is credited back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. The account then returns to the free plan: your sheets and transcripts are kept with no limit, the audio according to the free plan's duration (30 days).

Special cases

A malfunction of the service that prevented you from using it? Contact us: we will refund or extend the subscription pro rata. Manifestly abusive requests (intensive quota use then systematic refund requests) may be refused, within the limits of applicable law.
